Reclaiming Wellbeing Through Nature: 8-Week Group Program

Are you feeling lonely, overwhelmed, or stuck waiting for support? Our Reclaiming Wellbeing Through Nature group offers a supportive space to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you. Over 8 weeks, this unique program combines mental health support with hands-on, meaningful activities, empowering you to take control of your wellbeing, connect with your community and rediscover your sense of purpose.

What to expect…

Week 1: Identifying Growth and Resilience

A classroom-based session where you reflect on your personal strengths and resilience, setting the foundation for your journey toward growth and self-discovery.

Week 2: Bug Hotel Building

Get creative and contribute to your local ecosystem by building shelters for insects—an activity that’s both fun and fulfilling.

Week 3: Emotional Regulation

Learn practical skills to understand and manage your emotions, creating balance and reducing overwhelm in your daily life.

Week 4: Community Art Project

Connect with others through a collaborative art activity, expressing yourself while contributing to a collective piece of beauty and meaning.

Week 5: Tolerating Distress

Build tools to navigate challenging moments with greater ease, strengthening your ability to face life’s difficulties.

Week 6: The Greater Good

Make a difference by creating thoughtful gift parcels for donation to local charities, rediscovering the joy of giving and connecting to something bigger than yourself

Week 7: Mindfulness

Learn how to slow down and stay present, using the calming power of mindfulness to improve your mental wellbeing.

Week 8: Nature Walk and Mandala Building

Celebrate your progress with a peaceful walk in nature and create a mandala as a symbol of your growth and newfound balance.
